• Players are restricted from cashing out the bonus for 30 days and 100 raked hands;
• The initial deposit has no cash out restrictions, however if it is withdrawn prior to meeting the 30 day and 100 raked hand restriction for the deposit bonus, the bonus is forfeited.

Awarded prior to deposit

1. The player must have a real money account with a minimum deposit of $25;
2. All money held in the player’s account is restricted from cash out for 30 days (from the date of deposit).

Awarded post deposit

1. Bonus money is restricted from cash out for 30 days (leaving only deposits and winnings available).

Eligibility

Promotion Abuse

Failing to comply with these terms and conditions is considered “Promotion Abuse” and this gives the Management the right to, at its sole discretion, take the following actions: all winnings on any account(s) can be declared null/void and all cash-outs can be cancelled. When play has been considered either abusive or collaborative efforts of players transferring funds to one another has been confirmed, the accounts involved will be terminated immediately.

Publication of Winner Details

• If, while playing at this site, a player wins a sum regarded by management as worthy of publicity, players agree to make themselves available for any event of such a nature arranged by this site. Every effort will be made to protect the winners’ privacy.
• While the management protects all personal data, they reserve the right to use the player’s first name, last name and PlayerID name in any Card Room announcement regarding the results of promotions.
